Amenities found at other luxury high-rise condo towers around the country include performance and theater rooms complete with oversize chairs so residents can take in a concert or a movie, specially ventilated cigar smoking rooms, enclosed community dog run areas where residents can walk their pets, and buildings that offer residents 24-hour butler and maid service.
