Mark Miscevic, CRS, a past president of the Residential Real Estate Council and a legendary figure in the real estate industry, passed away peacefully at his home in Las Vegas on May 12, 2026.
A visionary leader and one of the founders of The Americana Company, Mark helped build Nevada’s largest real estate firm through his passion for people, leadership and mentorship. Known for personally greeting attendees at his recruiting seminars and remembering every name in the room, he left a lasting impression on countless professionals throughout his career.
Mark served as President of CRS in 1986 and later as President of the REALTORS® National Marketing Institute in 1989. As a national speaker and instructor, he inspired generations of real estate professionals with his energy, generosity and entrepreneurial spirit.
Outside of real estate, Mark was known for his adventurous personality, including his role as one of Las Vegas’ iconic “Flying Elvises.” Whether in business or life, he approached everything with enthusiasm, creativity and heart.
