Video has certainly become a big part of real estate listings, especially for high-end homes. But some of these properties really take the video tour perhaps a step too far. These agents have turned the listing video into an art form.
I am… The Michael Jordan Estate
Michael Jordan has been trying to sell his home for years, to no avail, so the nearly $15 million property in a wealthy Chicago suburb is now marketing itself. The home actually narrates the videos, and mimics Jordans legendary bravado with a little trash talking of other weaker mansions.
CAVU Las Vegas
The makers of this listing-vertisement at least have a sense of humor. The cheeky video features a British-accented guide touring you around the Las Vegas property’s high-end features, while actors play in the entertaining-focused home in the background.
Le Palais Royal
For now, Le Palais Royal in Florida is the most expensive home listing in the U.S. at $159 million. It actually raised its price last year, despite not being sold, after starting construction on a basement entertainment area. The 60,500-square-foot home was recently finished and this video, complete with leggy blonde model and dramatic music, showcases all its luxury and splendor.
