Q: How do you track past clients who move? Is there a system or service I need that will help me find these people?

“I send out first-class postcards in the regular mail to all closed clients. When they move, the postcard is returned, usually with a forwarding address. Then we change it in the system, or if we have an email address, we will email them if they have bought and sold again without us.”
