Q: Which method of communication do you find more effective when dealing with clients: social media or face to face?
All methods work at different times of the year and with different age and demographic groups. I use face-to-face, phone calls, thank-you notes, and I interact on social media with my clients. My best advice is to be consistent no matter how you choose to communicate!

Keep in touch with your referral clients through direct contact and keep using social media, especially Instagram and Pinterest for the millennials.

Both have to be a part of your business plan whether you do it personally or have someone that you pay to maintain your social media. Real estate is a personal business, but social media has a place along with your other marketing plans.
